ALALUCE understands the importance of knowing how to use and protect any information you provide.
Terms of Service: You agree to the terms and conditions of service in this agreement, on the ALALUCE website and of any third party providers ALALUCE utilizes for processing and payment.
Information Collection: Information is collected from you for processing, accepting your consultation, and payment information.
Confidentiality agreement:
Information Use: The information collected from you will be used to personalize your experience and provide the best possible session for you. Your information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason.
The email address or personal contact information you provide for services will be used to send you information and updates regarding ALALUCE service(s) and blogs only.
Information Disclosure: ALALUCE does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties the client’s personally identifiable information. I may release your information when I believe it is appropriate to comply with the law or protect others' or our rights, property, or safety.
Pricing: The current rate is $560 for a QHHT session, paid by cc via PayPal, Venmo or Zelle.
ALALUCE reserves the right to change prices at any time.
ALALUCE reserves the right to refuse or decline a client at any time.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of ALALUCE business I do not issue refunds, unless for rare case by case circumstances. There are occasionally those who cannot let their conscious mind step back and allow their Divine Self/intuition to come forward. If this were to happen a follow-up session would be scheduled if/when the client feels they have shifted enough to allow their Divine Self to be present. I typically have 5-8 hours total invested with a client and any session follow-ups, and hope you can appreciate the effort, care, and time that ALALUCE puts into every session.
General: ALALUCE doees not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or suitability of the information that comes through in the session. You use the information completely at your own free will, free act, and guidance. You acknowledge that such information may contain inaccuracies or errors and ALALUCE expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
It is the policy for those who are currently receiving psychological or medical treatment from a qualified health professional to provide a written and signed referral letter before any hypnosis consultations or consultations where other modalities are used.
It is the policy for all individuals attending hypnosis consultation under the age of 18 to be accompanied to the session by their guardians and for a parental consent form to be signed before any consultation.
Client’s Responsibilities and Liability Release
1. The Client is willing to be guided through relaxation, visual imagery, hypnosis, and/or stress reduction techniques. Client is aware these are natural alternative and non-invasive modalities, and non‐medical in nature as it is the client’s responsibility to consult their regular doctor about any changes in my condition or changes in their medication or health plan.
2. The Client understands the above modalities are not substitutes for regular medical care and Client has been advised to consult their regular medical doctor or health‐care practitioner for treatment of any old, new, or existing medical condition.
3. Client understands that change is their own and complete responsibility. Client understands that ALL HEALING IS SELF HEALING and that the QHHT Practitioner is only a “facilitator” in the process of helping the client to solve their own problem(s). It is the Client’s responsibility to be open and honest, provide accurate feedback, and be forthcoming with details and information that may help them achieve their outcomes.
4. The Client understands they may be assigned “homework” or be asked to make changes to their life by their higher self in regards to completing or solidifying any healing or changes begun in their session today. The Client understands that this information and advice for change does not come from the QHHT facilitator, but the Client’s own higher being. The QHHT facilitator may share with the Client other modalities, knowledge and wisdom that could aid the Client along their integration process.
5. The Client understands that the session will be digitally recorded for their later use. Client also understands that in these types of metaphysical sessions, the energy in the room can affect the equipment and recording resulting in static or blank recordings. (This is quite rare, but it does happen!). The Client agrees that the recording is for their informational purposes only, and cannot use the recording for any other intent of publication, release or letting the information go public without written approval from ALALUCE.
6. Except in the case of gross negligence or malpractice, the Client’s representative(s), officers, directors, members, employees or contractors, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors, agents, and themselves agree to the full release, discharge, letting go and holding harmless ALALUCE LLC and LUCIANA JAALOUK from and against any and all claims, actions, causes of action, suits, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, bills, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, damages, judgments, unpaid wages, wage and hour claims, extents, executions, claims, and demands whatsoever, in law, admiralty or equity, demands, liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with ALALUCE LLC and LUCIANA JAALOUK services provided, now have or hereafter can, shall or may have for, upon, or by reason of any matter, cause or thing whatsoever from the beginning of the world(s) to the day of the date of this Agreement, and in effect as long as there is time.
Special Use of Information:
I understand that often in QHHT sessions, universal information is provided through the client to benefit all of humanity. I agree to allow aLaLuce and Luciana Jaalouk to share this information and any accompanying story either on video or in written form in blogs or books as long as my name and all personal and relevant details are omitted or changed.
Special Use of Information:
I understand that often in QHHT sessions, universal information is provided through the client to benefit all of humanity and non-human entities that benefit humanity. The Client agrees to allow ALALUCE and LUCIANA JAALOUK to share this information and any accompanying story either on video or in written form in blogs or books as long as the client’s name and all personal and relevant details are omitted or changed.
ALALUCE is not obligated under HIPAA responsibility, and does not send claims or billing for any covered services provided.
ALALUCE and the QHHT facilitator are not a licensed professional entity, and the client understands that any and all services provided are not a replacement for medical care.
The client understands that, at the date of service, ALALUCE and LUCIANA JAALOUK are in a time period of required practice for the completion of their QHHT sessions with Clients as part of their apprenticeship phase, and until further notice, the Client absolves ALALUCE and LUCIANA JAALOUK of any learnings along the way. This agreement cannot be changed orally. Any payment made in this time period by the Client to ALALUCE is considered a donation until the training phase is complete.
